Blend of white grape varieties: Petite Arvine, Ermitage, Païen, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner, from vines grown biodynamically and planted on the Claives terroir in Fully, on a granitic terroir. The five grape varieties are harvested together, by hand, and co-vinified. Direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, aging in barrels. Sensible use of sulfites.
