100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed vines, planted in Guyot training on the left bank of the Rhône, in the Champ Dury parcel, renowned for its limestone soils—the finest terroir in Charrat for Marie-Thérèse Chappaz's Pinot Noir. Soil work on every other row, hand-harvested at maturity. Vinification: 20% whole clusters, gentle maceration, and 18 months of aging in barrels. Bottled at the Domaine with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
