Brittany
Complex, fresh and elegant nose carried by notes of citrus, sea spray and dried flowers. The palate is pure and long, with juniper berry, orange blossom and soft spices. Long finish, perfect for a tasting on its own, in a cocktail or with a good tonic.
The Kanol Gin is produced from a distillate of organic wheat, and a gentle distillation in a bain-marie of juniper berries, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, angelica root, coriander seed, orris root, orange peel and clove. A few words from the distillery: "Navy Strength comes from the British Royal Navy which carried gin at 57% Vol to use the cannons even if the gunpowder had come into contact with the gin by accident."
Awen Nature is an artisanal distillery established in Brittany (North West of France) since 2013, which produces natural spirits from organic alcohol. Ode to the plant kingdom, Awen Nature is part of a poetic and Celtic universe, in harmony with its environment, draws its inspiration from traditions while being anchored in its modernity, for a high-flying result in the bottle.
