Due M - 2019 - Clémentine Bouvéron et Gian Marco Antonuzi
Azienda Le Coste
A wine that truly has the "wow" effect: orange zest, mandarin, honeysuckle, persimmon, dried apricot, jasmine... Rich and tannic palate, vibrant, endless finish. Standout favorite.

100% Muscat, part of which is a massale selection of an old local Muscat. The vines are grown organically and planted on the parcels of Le Coste and Vigna Grande. Manual harvest. Vinification: half in carbonic maceration in whole bunches, and half destemmed, maceration with the skins. Pressing, end of alcoholic fermentation, 20 months of aging in 5-hl French oak casks. 6 months of maturation in bottle at the Estate. Not fined, not filtered, without added sulfites.

Gian Marco Antonuzi
Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine Bouvéron live in Gradoli, 150 km north of Rome. Clémentine studied oenology and Gian trained under such renowned vignerons as Barral and Pacalet . The young couple settled here in 2004 and started their estate from scratch, the land uncultivated but for a grove of olive trees abandoned for the last 20 years – good news when one doesn't want to inherit...
