A super cuvée, very original... A nose of lemon, pear, pineapple, almond, and white flowers. Palate: mineral and sharp, yet dense and round, this is rich juice balanced by beautiful bitter notes.

A cuvée produced in collaboration with Francesco de Filippis of the Cosimo Maria Masini estate in Tuscany. 100% Vermentino from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on a clay-limestone plot rich in fossils and shells. Harvesting is done by hand, and the grapes are then received at the winery by gravity. Natural vinification: whole grape bunches macerate for four days, with indigenous yeasts, followed by 9 months of maturation in 400-litre amphorae. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.

He’s been collaborating with Guy Bossard since 2014, the master of Muscadet. The pairing is simply miraculous.
