100% Procanico from organic, goblet-pruned vines planted on the La Chiesa parcel. Manual harvest at optimal maturity, on selected vines, in order to pick only the best bunches. Total destemming, maceration in terracotta amphorae for one month until the end of alcoholic fermentation, pressing, aging for one year in these same amphorae, then two years in 5hl oak casks. Bottled without fining, filtration or addition of SO2. Three years of maturation in bottle at the Estate.

Gian Marco Antonuzi
Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine Bouvéron live in Gradoli, 150 km north of Rome. Clémentine studied oenology and Gian trained under such renowned vignerons as Barral and Pacalet . The young couple settled here in 2004 and started their estate from scratch, the land uncultivated but for a grove of olive trees abandoned for the last 20 years – good news when one doesn't want to inherit...
