A bland of Barbera and Ruche, two Piedmont grape varieties, from organically frown vines that were havested manually. Also written is 2020/2021, since this is a blend of vintages. Natural vinification: harvested by hand, the grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement vats, macerated for 20 days, and matured 9 months in vats. Zero added sulphur during vinification, even at bottling.
