A blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Carignan, from parcels in the Pech-Redon, La Made and Vitteroux area, on a terroir of alluvial terraces on the bank of the La Palme's pond. The estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: direct pressing, light settling of 12 hours to keep the substance, fermentation and maturing in stainless steel vats on lees for 6 months. Bottled at the beginning of Spring, without fining or filtration, zero addition of sulfites.
