Produced in small batches, this 2012 Colheita Tawny Porto captures the unique essence of the Quinta do Noval vineyard with finesse. Rich and complex, it reveals a captivating blend of spices, licorice, roasted almonds, dried fruits, and hints of citrus, creating a harmonious and perfectly balanced experience.
The grapes were foot-trodden and fermented in the Quinta’s traditional lagares, with a precise and disciplined winemaking process. Aged in 640 L oak barrels before bottling, this Quinta do Noval Porto from Pinhão in the Douro Valley is a legend, often compared to Romanée-Conti. A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Sousão, it expresses the quintessence of this exceptional terroir.
