This cuvée is a blend of 60% Clairette, 18% Ugni Blanc, 19% Bourboulenc and 3% Marsanne, from vines around 20 years old, cultivated biodynamically and planted in the Bandol appellation on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand in the traditional manner with small crates. The vinification involves very little intervention: destemming of the grapes, direct pressing, temperature control, and 10 months of maturation in barrels, without new oak. Bottled at the estate.
