An authentic Bandol, cultivated on clay-limestone soils. This cuvée is a blend of 50% Mourvèdre, 28% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault and 2% Carignan from vines around 20 years old, farmed biodynamically and in the process of being certified. The grapes are harvested by hand with traditional small crates. The vinification is classic and involves little intervention: a rosé made using the saignée method (light maceration of the skins with the juice), with direct pressing, temperature control, and four months of maturation in vats.
