A blend of 80% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache Noir and 10% Cinsault. La Tourtine is a single vineyard selection, from a terroir on the hills of Castellet exposed to ideal sunlight and plenty of Mistral wind. The vines are cultivated biodynamically and soon to be certified, with yields around 30 hl/ha. The grapes are harvested by hand with small crates. Neither fined nor filtered.
