A special collaboration between Pur Jus and Les Vignerons d'Estézargues! With notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, flowers, aromatic herbs, a hint of mint... Round, suave, luscious on the palate, beautiful balanced texture, finish on raspberry jam.
Blend: 50% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 15% Carignan and Mourvèdre from vines grown organically and planted in the Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues appellation on clay soils, in the heart of an area where we find wines with recognized reputations such as Lirac , Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Manual harvest. Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, maceration for three to four weeks in vats, at low temperature. Aged in vats for six months, bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
