A special collaboration between Pur Jus and Les Vignerons d'Estézargues! Huge pleasure and value for your money, the nose is carried by notes of strawberry, blueberry, long pepper... The palate shows a balanced Southern profile that remains highly drinkable, the tannins are melted, beautiful length on red berries aromas.
Blend of 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan, from vines grown organically and planted in the Côtes du Rhône appellation, on rolled pebbles terroir. Vinification: Les Vignerons d'Estézargues is one of the few cooperative cellars in France that vinifies natural wines, therefore fermentation thanks to the indigenous yeasts, total destemming, light treading of the grapes, fermentations at low temperatures and aging in vats for six months. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
Les Vignerons d'Estézargues is probably the most qualitative cooperative winery in France, and one of the few to vinify natural wines.
