Nose: notes of apricot, quince, and pear, with a very subtle hint of vanilla and a mineral backbone. On the palate, it is initially round and concentrated, then creamy and harmonious, with a delicate minerality. It pairs superbly with grilled prawns or a chicken tagine with lemons.

1/3 Roussane, 1/3 Clairette, and 1/3 Viognier, from young vines cultivated organically and planted on soils of rounded pebbles. Hand-harvested on 1st of September 2024. Vinification: Direct pressing of whole clusters; each grape variety is vinified separately. The juices are placed in stainless steel tanks for three days of maceration on their sediments, followed by settling. The wine is aged for 6 months in concrete tanks (with a few months in barrels for the Clairette). Bottled at the estate on February 27th, 2025, without fining or filtration.
