Respire - 2024 - Château Bois d'Arlène

Philippe Bernard & Norge Larson

Nose: notes of apricot, quince, and pear, with a very subtle hint of vanilla and a mineral backbone. On the palate, it is initially round and concentrated, then creamy and harmonious, with a delicate minerality. It pairs superbly with grilled prawns or a chicken tagine with lemons.
