Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, from organically farmed vines co-planted in 2014 on alluvial terraces covered with rolled pebbles, on the Garrigues plateau of Vacqueyras. Manual harvest from 30/08 to 22/09. Vinification: partially destemmed grapes, moved by gravity, 48-hour cold maceration, manual punch-downs for around ten days, followed by gentle pump-overs during the three weeks of maceration. Pressed, then aged for 15 months in cement vats. Bottled on the 8th of December 2025 without fining, very light filtration, total SO2 of 50 mg/l.
