Freshness and minerality define this ultra aromatic cuvée... Palate: surprising and eminently agreeable, with excellent balance. A long, beautiful finish.
A blend of 75% Grenache Gris and Blanc, up to 85 years old (and from the highest altitude vines in Banyuls), and 25% Carignan Blanc and Gris, from young, 5-year-old vines. An extreme parcel in every respect – a north-facing, stony wasteland. This exploit of nature is only possible thanks to underground springs. Yields: 15 hl/ha. Vinification: direct pressing, maturation 6 months in barrels that have seen 7 or 8 wines. Bottled at the estate without fining nor filtration, zero added sulphur!
