A little fruit bomb! The nose is an explosion of red berries and rosebuds, with notes of minerals... Palate: this is a complex rosé, vinous yet ever so fluid. In short, yet another very lovely cuvée from Domaine Yoyo!
A 100% Syrah cuvée, from vines farmed organically and planted at high altitude on a gneiss soil. This cuvée was produced thanks to the negotiant business of Yoyo, grapes bought to an organic winegrower, harvested by hand on the 14th of August 2023. The vinification is natural and respectful of the grapes: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in fiber vats. Unfined, unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulphur during racking before bottling. 1600 bottles produced.
