A blend of 48% Jacquère, 41% Chardonnay, 8% Mondeuse Blanche et 3% Roussanne, from vines grown organically and planted on a hillside located in the commune of Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy, with soils of hard black schist and clay. Manual harvest, less steep than the Cevins hillside, this slope offers more standard yields. Natural vinification, direct pressing, 8 months of aging in concrete tanks and in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate with a just a pinch of sulphur.

Brice Omont, child of the 1976 vintage, has created a cru in the mountainside. In the 1990s, they started cutting back the forest, rebuilding the ancient terraces and planting grapes anew... and so was born a very unique vineyard, the Coteau de Cevins. The early years were difficult indeed, but this was an immense human undertaking, since he was supported by the wine people of the region and...
