New blend for this vintage: 92% Mondeuse Noire and 8% Persan from organically farmed vines, planted on two slopes in the villages of Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy and Arbin. West and south-facing exposure, with schistous marl and clay-limestone scree soils. Hand-harvested. Vinification: short maceration with at least 50% whole clusters, then 8 months of aging in concrete tanks. Bottled at the estate in spring 2025 with a micro-dose of sulfur.
