A 100% Mondeuse cuvée, produced from purchased grapes, these vines are organically grown and planted in the Combe de Savoie vineyards, more precisely in the little town of Saint-Pierre-d'Albigny. Manual harvest in small crates, controlled yields. Natural vinification: 15 days of maceration, soft pressing, nine months of maturation in demi-muids that have seen several wines. Bottled in July 2023 without fining, filtration or added sulphur.
