A blend of 40% Tannat and 60% Cabernet Franc, from vines planted in 1990. The estate was certified organic in 2015 and DEMETER in 2016 (the only certified biodynamic estate in Madiran). Harvest: meticulous sorting, hand-picked with small crates. Vinification: maceration for 8 days in cement vats, pumping over, maturation in vats. Just a little sulphur.
