A 100% Malbec cuvée made from 25-year-old vines farmed organically and planted at 350 meters above sea level, in Cahors appellation, on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: total destemming, 7 days of maceration in concrete vats, 6 months of maturation in these same concrete tanks. Bottled without fining or filtration, and without added sulphur, even at bottling. Jour Fruit is simply the new name of the previous Haute Côte(e) de Fruit cuvée, but same same !

Fabien Jouves represents the golden generation of Cahors. This young and dynamic vigneron settled in 2006 on the highest slopes of Cahors, where he took over his family’s estate of 20 hectares.
