100% Malbec, from 40-year-old vines grown on slopes of siderolithic red clay-limestone and ancient river deposits from the Massif Central. Careful green pruning is practiced, as are manual harvests. Wine certified organic and biodynamic by DEMETER. The vinifications are as respectful as possible, with grapes placed in vats for 30 days. Matured on lees in casks and barrels that have seen 1 and 2 wines, for 1 year. Neither fined nor filtered.
