100% Lledoner Pelut (the name of this grape variety meaning "hairy Grenache"). Some of the vines are up to 130 years old, planted on a terroir of red schist soils, rich in iron. The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming techniques. Harvesting is done by hand. Vinification: a short, 4-day maceration of the whole clusters, with indigenous yeasts, then matured 8 months in demi-muid barrels, without new oak. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites.
