(A look) Back at this Futur! 2022, very beautiful, notes of strawberry, plum, tart cherry, but also evolving into kirsch, tonka bean, and a hint of green. A bit of CO2, consider decanting, then the wine reveals its elegance. A very fruity bottle that has what it takes to be served at the table!
100% Grenache Noir from vines farmed organically and planted on a steep slope of schist soils. Manual harvest, low yields of 15 hl/ha. Two passes over two weeks to find the right balance in ripeness between the two parcels. Vinification: maceration in whole bunches, matured in stainless steel vats for 7 months. Bottled during Spring 2023 without fining, filtration or added sulfites.
