A blend of 30% Carignan and 70% Grenache Noir, the vines are 70 years old, planted on rolled pebbles on alluvial terraces. The parcel is situated on the bank of La Palme's pond. The estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: co-maceration of the two grape varieties, in whole bunches in vats, for 8 days. End of fermentation in barrels and 10 months of aging in wooden vats that have seen around fifteen wines. Unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfites.
