Distilled from “Vanessa” barley in a Charentais pot still. Single Malt Whisky distilled in France on December 1, 2012, aged for over 10 years in various sherry casks in the Burgundy cellars of Michel Couvreur. Bottled by gravity on February 23, 2023, unfiltered and at natural strength, with no added water. 2,500 bottles and 45 magnums produced. Product of France, bottled in France.
