100% Pinot Noir from organically grown vines, this is a blend of plots from Les Ecussaux and Les Grands Champs climats of the appellation. Hand-picked, with controlled yields and grape sorting. The two boys, well trained in natural winemaking, follow the same rules as their parents in the cellar, with the difference that the wine is mostly aged in concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration.

Jean-Louis Trapet is part of a select circle of the 10 greatest vignerons of the Côte de Nuits. His family estate, founded by his great-grandfather in 1870, is composed of around 15 hectares of the most beautiful parcels around Gevrey.
