A beautiful, precise nose with well-defined notes of blackcurrant, cherry, red plum, peony… The palate is concentrated and intense, round, with a long and silky finish. A Bourgogne showing its best, even more so in this memorable 2023 vintage.

Pinot Noir from old vines planted in 1965, grown biodynamically and spread over three parcels for a total of 75 ares, situated around Gevrey and near the AOC Gevrey-Chambertin, on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is done any hand. Natural vinification: traditional, without SO2, with indigenous yeasts and by gravity. Aging in barrels that have seen several wines, very little new oak.
