A complex nose, both floral and fruity, marked in its youth by citrus aromas. Powerful and dense palate with a nice acidity that balances the whole. A wine that deserves to breathe.
100% Chardonnay from organically grown vines planted on the plot « Les Chaumes » within the vast Premier Cru that is Les Morgeots. Manual harvest and controlled yields. Natural vinification without inputs: soft pressing, fermentation in oak barrels that have seen several wines, two years of maturation. No fining, very light filtration and micro-dose of sulphur to protect the wine. Four barrels produced.
