100% Chardonnay from organically grown vines planted on the plot « Les Chaumes » within the vast Premier Cru that is Les Morgeots. Manual harvest and controlled yields. Natural vinification without inputs: soft pressing, fermentation in oak barrels that have seen several wines, two years of maturation. No fining, very light filtration and micro-dose of sulphur to protect the wine. Four barrels produced.

Tomoko et Guillaume
Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott form the magical duo of Chanterêves. As a couple both in life and in the vineyard, they established their Maison de vins in 2011, an haute-couture négoce based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, nowadays also an Estate with their own vines. Tomoko is originally from Japan, and was exposed to wines from a very young age, having her father passionate by great Burgundy...
