Le Domaine d'Edouard

A blended cuvée, mainly from the 2020 vintage and with 20% reserve wine, made of 45% Pinot Noir and 55% Chardonnay, all from a parcel known as Les Justemons, around 35-year-old vines, grown organically, facing North, grown on a very clayey soil. Manual harvest and natural vinification: direct pressing, matured on its lees for 24 months, 24 months in stacks, without any dosage. Sensible use of sulfites.
