Expressive and fragrant on the nose, with notes of raspberry, redcurrant, blackberry, and rosebud... On the palate: a lovely, full-bodied texture with supple tannins, fresh and fruity aromas, and a long finish marked by cherry and red plum.

Pinot Noir made from grapes sourced from the La Maladerotte vineyard, on a plain, in the heart of the Chorey-lès-Beaune appellation, on clay-limestone soils. Sustainable farming practices and manual harvest. Vinification: whole-cluster maceration in large wooden vats, wetting the pomace with a watering can, punching down once or twice a day by foot. Gentle pressing, aged for 13 months in barrels that have seen several wines, blended in stainless steel vats for an additional 6 months on fine lees. Unfined and unfiltered, with a micro-dose of sulfur.
Tomoko et Guillaume
Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott form the magical duo of Chanterêves. As a couple both in life and in the vineyard, they established their Maison de vins in 2011, an haute-couture négoce based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, nowadays also an Estate with their own vines. Tomoko is originally from Japan, and was exposed to wines from a very young age, having her father passionate by great Burgundy...
