100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, sourced from 45-year-old vines planted across the four terroirs on the villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, and Chouilly. Hand-harvested, direct press, with vinification of the base year in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness. A blend of 70% 2019 with 30% reserve wines. Aged on lees and on laths for a minimum of 36 months. Dosage: 2.5 grams per litre. Total SO2: 39 mg/l.
