Rosé Blanc - Champagne Pertois-Moriset
Cécile & Vincent Bauchet

A “white rosé” — because it’s built almost entirely on Chardonnay (92%), blended with just 8% of Pinot Noir vinified as Bouzy Rouge Grand Cru. Fruit from vines rooted in Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly and Bouzy. Natural grass cover in winter, soils worked in summer. Hand-harvested, vinified in both stainless steel and oak. A base of 70% from the 2019 harvest, topped with 30% of perpetual reserve. Aged a minimum of 30 months on lees and sur lattes. Dosage of 2.5 g/L. Total SO2: 32 mg/L.
