100% Chardonnay from 51-year-old vines vines from a massal selection, grown organically and planted on the "Hurtebise/Les Rachais" parcel, which shows siliceous-limestone soils from the Massif de St Thierry. Harvested by hand. Vinification: gentle pressing, vinification in oak barrels that have seen several wines, on lees, with batonnages during "fruit" and "flower" days according to the biodynamic calendar. Aged for seven years on laths, this is a zero dosage brut champagne, disgorged on the 24th of January 2023. Neither fined nor filtered.

Delphine Boulard comes from a family of winegrowers spanning more than 6 generations, Champagne runs in her veins! She succeeds her father Francis at the head of Maison Francis Boulard et Fille, which she founded with her parents in 2009.
