Blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from old vines farmed organically, a selection of the finest terroirs in Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy. Single-vintage cuvée from 2019, an exceptional vintage at the estate. Vinification: direct pressing, only the cœur de cuvée used for Wellington, fermented and aged 40% in oak barrels. Aging on lees and on laths in bottle, disgorged in November 2024. Dosage at 1 gram per litre, this is an extra-brut.
