A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from young organically farmed vines, planted at the foot of the slopes on both the northern and southern terroirs of Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy. Vinification: direct press, with 30% of the fermentation and ageing done in oak barrels. The blend brings together 50% from 2022, 48% from 2021, and 2% from 2020. Aged on laths, disgorged in October 2024. Dosage of 6 grams per litre, this is a Brut Champagne.
