A blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from old vines farmed organically on the southern slopes of Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy. Hand-harvested, with direct pressing, fermentation and 30% of the aging done in oak barrels. The blend includes 60% from the 2021 vintage, completed by 40% reserve wines (2012 to 2020) aged in casks (40%). Aging on laths in bottle, disgorged in January 2024. Unfined, unfiltered, and finished as an extra-brut with just 2g/l of dosage.
