100% Humagne Rouge from old vines grown organically at 540m altitude, cared for with herbal infusions and compost tea. Manual harvest on September 20, 2022. Five days of cold prefermentary maceration, 15 days of maceration with one punch-down per day, soft pressing, 12 months of ageing in oak barrels. Light filtration and sulphur adjustment one week before bottling on December 5, 2023. Just 979 bottles produced.

Guillaume Bodin
Guillaume Bodin, 38, is a winemaker-filmmaker and globe-trotter of biodynamics, now at the helm of Domaine des Petites Planètes, which he founded in 2022 in Chamoson, Switzerland.
