A deliciously inviting nose, fine and elegant, with notes of raspberry. The palate is fruit-forward, once again highlighting red berries, crafted for gastronomy—think veal in sauce or eggplant parmigiana. The tannins are perfectly integrated, gently supporting the aromatic length.

Old parcel of Pinot Noir on the Prés des Pierres terroir in Chamoson, at 550 meters altitude. Hand-harvested on August 31, 2022. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for five days, followed by 16 days of maceration with one punch-down per day. Aged for six months in tanks, with light filtration one week before bottling at the estate on April 13, 2023. Sulfur adjustment after malolactic fermentation and before bottling.

Guillaume Bodin
Guillaume Bodin, 38, is a winemaker-filmmaker and globe-trotter of biodynamics, now at the helm of Domaine des Petites Planètes, which he founded in 2022 in Chamoson, Switzerland.
