100% Teroldego, from vines grown biodynamically and cultivated on alluvial soils, with gravel and pebbles. Granato is the estate’s most concentrated Teroldego cuvée. Vinification: grapes are de-stemmed, macerated in open vats (thus carbonic), and matured 15 months in barrels. New wood is forbidden. Neither fined nor filtered, very light dose of sulphites at bottling.
