A 100% Cortese cuvée from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, planted at the top of a slop, on clay-limestone soils, wind-swept by winds coming off the sea, with a South exposure. The grapes were harvested by hand. Natural vinification without additives: 3 days of maceration, pressing, aged in 25-hectoliter acacia casks for 15 months, without new wood. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
