A 100% Teroldego cuvée from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on limestone, sandstone and granite dolomite. The grapes are harvested by hand, of course. The vinification is natural and respectful: partial de-stemming, maturation in vats and casks for 15 months – no new oak for this cuvée. The wine is unfiltered and unfined, with only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
