100% Teroldego from vineyards farmed biodynamically and planted on a patch of alluvial soils, mostly sandy called the "Vigneto Sgarzon" parcel, which covers a total of 2.5 hectares. The grapes are harvested by hand, then vinified naturally, without any additives: fermentation is longer than a classic Sgarzon, including 8 months of maceration in 350-litre amphorae, followed by pressing, and 12 months of maturation in the same amphorae. Bottled without fining or filtration, and just a microdose of sulphur.
