Oh ma jolie Syrah - 2023 - Benjamin Taillandier
Domaine Benjamin Taillandier

A blended cuvée of 95% Syrah and 5% white grape varieties, from biodynamically grown vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested in 15 kg crates, the bunches were sorted directly in the vineyard. Natural vinification: total de-stemming, maceration followed by gentle pressing, 8 months of aging in vats. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, micro-dose of sulfur.
