Cuvée of Muscat Petit Grains from the plot of La Made, on the alluvial plain of La Palme. The estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: whole bunches, carbonic maceration during 8 days. End of fermentation in barrels and maturation on coarse lees for 6 months in barrels of four wines. Bottling during the Spring, zero added sulfur!
