100% Pineau d'Aunis from 10- to 60-year-old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on flint-clay soils over tuffeau limestone. This is a selection of sun-dried grapes from a plot in Marçon. The grapes were harvested by hand during late harvesting on November 8, 2022. Winemaking: direct pressing in a pneumatic press, natural cold settling, indigenous yeasts, aged in 400-liter barrels (without new oak) for one year. Bottled at the estate in November 2023, then aged in bottle in the estate’s cellars.
