100% Chenin from 20-year-old vines, cultivated using biodynamic methods and planted on flint-rich clay soils over Tuffeau, on a 700-square-meter experimental plot in Lhomme, where the vines were planted at a very high density: 40,000 vines per hectare, trained and pruned in a pergola style. The grapes were harvested by hand. Direct pressing, natural cold settling, fermentation and aging in 228-liter barrels on fine lees for 12 months. Bottled at the estate in November 2024, this is a dry wine.
