A rare wine, produced only when the vintage conditions allow. 100% Chenin from 40-year-old vines, cultivated biodynamically and planted on soils of clay and flint over tuffeau limestone. Late harvest on November 8, 2022, with specific sorting of botrytized clusters from a plot located in the commune of Lhomme. Pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and aging in 320-liter barrels, on fine lees, for 12 months. Bottled at the estate in November 2023.
